Our Story
My wife and I started as a small neighbourhood brand selling leather hats to customers across our neighbourhood, and to our neighbours' friends and families. We were mostly selling through word of mouth, and our hats were handmade completely. When business started picking up, we started getting asked to make leather jackets and leather boots, so we took a leap of faith and designed jackets as well as hats for our existing customers. They were a complete hit, and our customers urged us over and over to sell across the States and become more accessible, and early this year, we decided we want to do just that. Every piece we make is designed and crafted with the same care and attention we gave when we were just a simple neighbourhood brand. We want to show everyone across the States just how fashionable Texans can be.

Love in every piece.
We started by making every piece by hand together in our garage. My wife designed the pieces, we sourced the materials together, and built every piece with love and care. That is what helped us grow popular in our early days, and we are committed to maintaining the same standard.

We grew up right here in Montrose, and we love the style our parents, our grandparents, and their families grew up with. We want to bring that style to the rest of America. Whether it is the pattern on our hats, the zipper style on our jackets, or the designs on our boots — everything has pieces of us and our town in it.

What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 50 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. To start a return, email us at support@mitchellbarocio.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, colour, or style, simply return your original item and place a new order for the one you'd like.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.99 USD on all orders, anywhere in the United States.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only.

Do your pieces run true to size?
Our pieces are designed to fit true to size. If you're between sizes or unsure, we'd recommend sizing up — particularly for our jackets, which are structured and benefit from a little extra room. My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Get in touch with us at support@mitchellbarocio.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damage. Our team will review it and work with you on a resolution, whether that's a replacement, a refund, or another arrangement. We take the quality of every piece seriously and we'll make sure it's sorted.
