Shipping policy

Every order is prepared with care and shipped promptly so you can receive your purchase as quickly as possible.

Shipping Times

Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery Time: 6–8 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after dispatch. Total Estimated Time from Order to Delivery: 7–10 business days.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 1:00 PM CST (Monday to Friday) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

A flat rate of $5.99 USD applies to all orders.

We currently ship to the United States only.

Carriers

We ship with reliable partners including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier and service will be selected based on your location and availability.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details. You can monitor your shipment at any time through our "Track My Order" page.

Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, high seasonal volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a significant delay affects your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, check with household members, neighbours, or your local carrier office. If it still cannot be found, contact the carrier directly and notify us at support@mitchellbarocio.com. We will assist in resolving the issue wherever possible.
